Wild Waters Water Park Gets a New Look!

The park announced it's two phase $4 million dollar expansion plan.

Saturday, May 24th, 2008 Grand Opening of the brand new Interactive Sunnyside River, the largest and longest anywhere, the design and planning is so unique it's truly a one of a kind attraction with over 1400 feet of floating family fun.

The $1.5 million dollar river is named"The Sunnyside Lazy River", due to it's West and South facing location, a sun worshipers paradise. The Rivers float-up bar will offer the best frozen drinks, and is sure to be a big hit with parks visitors. The mountain of the waterpark will be transformed into an active piece of the park with waterfalls, dumping bucket, spray features and the new Wild Willy's Tarzan Rope ride.

Wild Waters located at I-90 and I-95 will be the center of this summer's tourist, entertainment, recreation and family fun, as the Waterpark changed North Idaho's tourism and recreation. The new attractions and rides will have a huge impact on the local Coeur d'Alene area tourism, recreation and family entertainment for the region this year and future years to come.

The Phase II of the expansion will feature 4 of the newest and most innovative family/raft tube rides anywhere in the world.
